Hotel regulations

The regulations are here to make you feel sure…

  1. The Guest checking in is obliged to present the Reception Desk employee an official form of identification with a photo confirming his/her identity. If the Guest refuses presentation of said document, the Reception Desk employee is obliged to refuse distributing the key to the room.

  2. The Guest shall personally enter his/her first and last name in the register book along with his/her signature.
    On request of the Guest, the Reception Desk Employee is obliged to enter the check-in details from the identification document left for this purpose by the Guest at the Reception Desk.

  3. The beginning of stay in the hotel is equivalent to accepting these regulations by the Guest.

  4. The rooms in the hotel are let for full 24-hour periods (days). The hotel day begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and lasts till 11:00 on the next day. If the Guest does not specify the duration of stay while checking in, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day.

  5. The request to extend the stay beyond the time limit stated on arrival should be reported by the Guest at the Reception Desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day of which the date of rental of the room ends, which is not binding for the hotel. The hotel shall take into account the request to extend the stay if the situation of the facility allows it.

  6. Staying in the room or leaving personal items after 12:00 is regarded as an extension of the stay.
    If the Guest leaves the room after 12:00, the computer programme at the Reception Desk shall charge the fee for another day of rental of the room at the full-day price.

  7. The Guest renting the room may not offer this room to other persons, even when the day for which he/she paid the fee has not expired.

  8. Persons not registered may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  9. Non-registered persons staying in the hotel room of the Guest after 10:00 p.m. is equivalent to the consent of the Guest renting the room for an additional fee-paid accommodation of these persons in the room.
    Accommodation of each person shall be done at the current price for additional accommodation of an adult person from the price list available at the reception desk of the hotel.

  10. Children younger than 13 years of age must be under care and supervision of adult persons at all times during their stay in the hotel.
    Legal guardians of the children shall be responsible for their behaviour, including damages and/or harm.

  11. On the premises of the hotel, including in the hotel rooms, pursuant to the act of 8 April 2010 on amendment of the act on health protection against consequences of using tobacco and tobacco goods and the act on the National Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, Item 529), the total ban of smoking cigarettes and tobacco goods is applied, except for hotel rooms 1801 and 1802.

  12. Violating the ban of smoking cigarettes and tobacco goods in the hotel room is equivalent to the expression by the guest renting the room of consent to cover the costs of removing odours in the room for the amount of PLN 500.

  13. Quite hours of the hotel are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

  14. During quite hours, the Guests and the persons using hotel services are obliged to behave so as not to violate the peace of other persons.

  15. The Guest shall be fully financially and legally liable for all types of damages or destruction of objects or equipment and devices of the hotel by his/her fault or by fault of his/her visitors.

  16. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to:

    1. use heating elements and other electrical devices which are not provided in the hotel rooms and in other premises. The above does not apply to AV and computer chargers and power supply units;

    2. use open flames in any form in the hotel rooms and other premises.

  17. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check the door and make sure that it is locked.

  18. Liability of the hotel for losses of or damages to the items brought in by the Guest to the hotel is regulated by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. Liability of the hotel is subject to limitation if these items are not deposited at the reception desk.
    The hotel may refuse to accept money, securities and other valuable items for deposit, in particular valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to the safety or are too valuable in reference to the scale or standard of the hotel or take up too much space.

  19. The hotel provides services in accordance with its standard.

  20. In case of concerns regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to immediately report them at the Reception Desk to allow immediate action.

  21. Objects of personal use left in the room by the leaving Guest shall be sent back on his/her cost to the address stated by him/her. If such an instruction is not received, the hotel shall store these objects for 3 months and then release them for charity purposes or for public use.

  22. If any provisions of these regulations are breached, the hotel may refuse providing further services to the violating party. This person is obliged to immediately follow the demands of the hotel personnel, to settle the amounts due for the current benefits and services and to pay for damages and destruction, if any, and to leave the premises of the hotel.

  23. The hotel may refuse reception of the Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the hotel property or Guests or harmed Guests, employees of the hotel or other persons present in the hotel, or disturbed peace in the hotel in any other way.
